Yes you can. You can add new seats to your current plan. Please see the steps for this under the “claim your offer” section above.

The date that you sign up for your subscription will be the same date each month for when your payment is due. So, if you sign up on the 5th, you will be charged for all subsequent monthly payments on the 5th of each month.

For subscriptions with a commitment period, for example, 12 months, there is no cancellation policy or reimbursement. Once you commit to a subscription you are obligated to pay all monthly payments owing. Please see the Software License Agreement for more details.

On a flexible plan, you pay month-to-month and can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will take effect from the following month.

No, you cannot downgrade to a lower tier during your commitment period. You can upgrade to a higher tier within your commitment period, however, you cannot reduce the number of seats if you upgrade. You can upgrade to a higher tier via your Unity ID.
